As a human being, I've encountered the burden of societal expectations, including judgment, intimidation, and feelings of inadequacy. These experiences have caused me to internalize things personally, leading to unhealthy thought patterns and a disconnection from my true self.
Despite the unpredictability of my surroundings and the influence of social expectations that might poke me in the ribs, I have come to realize the necessity for change. I recognize that I am the captain of my own journey, empowered to lead by example. It is my responsibility to cultivate a nurturing environment where my inner light can always shine bright and where I can reconnect with my authentic self.
With over 10+ years of experience in global teams and corporate environments across the United States and Europe, I honed various skills including strategic thinking, effective communication, and building strong human relations. Throughout my career, I’ve actively engaged in supporting and volunteering for different strategic and coaching projects, showcasing my dedication to personal growth and empowerment.
